Amy Friedman is the CEO/President and founder of Partners International, which she founded in 1993. Amy works in an advisory capacity with her Managing Directors of Career Services and Human Capital Consulting to ensure that all clients — from multinational corporations to mid-size companies, from global to local — achieve successful outcomes. Having worked within Fortune 500 corporations and heading up business development and strategy for several human resources consulting firms before founding her own company, she brings a wealth of experience with every type of corporate model.

Amy's ability to create a highly successful teamwork structure distinguishes her from other CEOs in her field. She is known for working with the brightest consultants and coaches in the business and then allowing them to work in a creative manner.
Most importantly, Amy runs her company with integrity. She also sits on the board of the José Limón Dance Foundation and is heavily involved in environmental causes.
